Traditional bread-making workshop;
Plunge your hands into the dough and discover the secrets of traditional baking. Guided by our passionate baker, you'll learn the essential steps: kneading, shaping, fermentation and wood-fired baking. It's a sensory experience for young and old, and everyone will leave with their own recipe and their own bread.
Full day on site: don't forget to bring a picnic, and suitable clothing in case of rain or hot weather
During the day, a heritage tour of the site and a non-compulsory workshop for children will be offered.
