Virginie offers friendly workshops on fresh, locally-grown seasonal fruit and vegetables to help you get to know and appreciate them better!

A dietician-nutritionist and coach for over 20 years, she coordinates health promotion initiatives for INTERFEL (www.lesfruitsetlegumesfrais.com) in the Landes region and more widely in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Each workshop begins with a presentation of a family or seasonal vegetable to help you get to grips with it. Then it's time to get hands-on, before putting our feet under the table to share the fruits of our cooking!
All ingredients are sourced from the Maison Garbay grocery store!
RATES: 5? per person (contribution towards food purchases).
