Looking for a breath of fresh air? with a hint of gourmandise?
Welcome to Asperges gourmandes, an immersive experience at the heart of a family-run organic asparagus farm in the village of Arengosse, in the Landes region of France.
We get off to a gentle start: coffee, smiles and boots at the ready.
Then it's off to the fields for a guided tour: here, asparagus has its secrets? and quite a character.
And because we don?t pretend: you?ll also discover the cleaning, sorting and other operations that transform the earth into nuggets.
On site, you'll be able to take away the best of the day: green and white asparagus, sold direct to the producer.
And last but not least, our favorite moment: "L?asperge de l?amitié? simple, warm and deliciously memorable.
