Different practices are proposed to you, discover which one is yours!
- HATHA: gentle practice. The body is aligned, the energy of the breath circulates, the muscles are strengthened, the tensions are relaxed. Balance & harmony.
- VINYASA: dynamic practice. The sequence of postures creates a fluid current in the rhythm of the breath. Mastery & flexibility. Flow.
- YIN : immobile practice. With the muscles relaxed, we slow down gradually, for a long time. Exploration & meditation.
- NIDRA: practice of deep relaxation. In a lying posture, body and mind at rest, the consciousness remains attentive. Relaxation & presence to oneself.
- For children: through games, stories, music we explore our body, our emotions to concentrate all our forces.
