Punky Yoga School

I have been touched by the light of yoga for about ten years now (well at the beginning, it was mostly when I managed to put my hands on the floor without bending my knees). I started yoga when I was as flexible as a chair bar and I thought that it was not really for me...
The sensations in my body and mind after the practice quickly changed my mind.
Many trainings later, I chose to open the PUNKY YOGA studio in order to offer different styles of yoga: Hatha for the more traditional, Vinyasa for the more dynamic, Yin for the more in search of letting go and deep work but also more sportive or soft flows depending on the day and the schedule
In the studio it is all about slowing down and improving yourself while respecting your body, your needs and your limits.
