I'm Margo Indigo, a Hatha Yoga teacher certified by the Canadian international university YOGAMI 200H. I specialize in the art and science of mudras with Locana Sansregret.
I'm passionate about passing on this practice, which reminds us that there's a home within us to come back to.
My classes are gentle yet profound, inviting relaxation and exploration. My approach is introspective and sensory. My classes are not limited to the execution of postures, but a lived experience, where each participant can settle down, reconnect with themselves and find what they need.
