-Nature and food: discover the Landes forest on the way to the Etang Noir nature reserve, stop off to taste the traditional Pastis Landais and return via the beautiful pine forest.
-Nature and sport: discover the Landes forest through the "Tucs". For thrill-seekers, take to the ultra-technical sandy roads and forest tracks with complete confidence.
1h30 sessions guided by a qualified sports instructor.
