The Club offers free discovery sessions on the ocean and the lifeguard activity: presentation of the beach, equipment, gestures in case of emergency… Appointment at the Club premises on the Central Beach. Every Monday from July/August from 16h to 17h30 (subject to change). 16 max, registration on site. Possibility to continue on a week course!
