The sunny Landes coastline, Europe's surfing paradise, is ideally suited to this sport, so you'll get on the board quickly and safely, thanks to individual advice. You'll experience wonderful sensations right from the start. Lessons are given in French, German, English, Spanish and Dutch by the hour, day or course. The equipment provided is adapted to the student?s level and build. Yoga classes, SUP rides on the Courant de Contis, Yoga sup and skateboarding.
