Access via shared entrance, reserved parking space and bike stands, 2 private terraces with garden furniture and parasol. Comprising a large kitchen, TV lounge, laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 cm) and the option of 2 single beds or 1 double bed (190 cm).
