Frappadingue

The FRAPPADINGUE is an extraordinary obstacle course with a carnival-like atmosphere: a course dotted with hurdles, ladders to climb, climbing nets, tunnels to crawl through, mud, and much more…
Over a 5–12 km course, some forty obstacles will put both seasoned athletes and casual participants to the test.
A unique, popular, and spectacular event for young and old alike (minimum age 16) and accessible to everyone, offering a fun way to explore the area. Allow between 2 and 3 hours to complete the entire course. For minors (ages 6–15), a “Frappajeune” event is held the day before each Frappadingue.
Through this unique challenge, come experience a fun and athletic team-building activity.
