Rémy, a 21-year-old farmer, and his uncle Olivier will open their doors to the public in Sainte-Colombe on Saturday, September 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a tour of the farm, cooking workshops, and tastings.
The EARL de Bounine raises 30,000 ducks each year. The SCEA de la Lande welcomes new ducklings every five weeks and raises and fattens 21,600 ducks per year.
