Sortie de résidence de l’association chorégraphique ”Sensing LAB” - Danse contemporaine

How does it move our bodies in space, in the world, in our relationship with others? What impact does it have on our emotions? Can we imagine a world without smell? Does the past stink? Does our future stink?
The artist is interested in setting up a sensory LAB focusing on the sense of smell.
She sees this as a research - an investigative process into how human perception "works" and how it can be cultivated, practiced and later artistically transformed into a body in movement or dance.
The aim is not to "reconnect with our sensual bodies", but to study perception (the sense of smell this time) as a social and political experience and practice.
