Semi-detached house at the foot of the dune leading to La Piste beach in Capbreton. It comprises a 28-square-meter main room with a fitted kitchenette. There is a bathroom with shower and WC. The bedroom cabin is equipped with single bunk beds and a closet. The mezzanine is 15 square meters and has a closet and a queen-size bed. There is a 12-square-meter veranda that opens onto a terrace and private outdoor space. The whole sits on a 110 square meter plot. There is a private parking space and a laundry room. There is also a key box with a personalized code for each new traveler. Reception will be via a concierge. Towels and bed linen are provided as standard. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
