Since her childhood, Emma's dream was to make pastry my profession. After her studies and several experiences on the Basque coast, she decided to open her own pastry shop in Doazit
In her menu, you will find many traditional pastries but also cakes not well known in the region. Listening to her customers, Emma regularly adds new recipes or reinvents traditional ones to add new delicacies to her menu.
