Ferme de Berduc

In the village of Hinx, at the crossroads between the Greater Dax and Chalosse areas, Pascal cultivates asparagus and kiwis on fertile ground, well-suited to polyculture.
In the spring, the asparagus thrives in the mild, sunny climate of the southern Landes region. In the winter, the morning mist from the Adour River flowing alongside the town gives the kiwis the cool air they need to grow well.
