Welcome to the saffron farm
In a bucolic setting, surrounded by numerous animals, we have been producing saffron since 2020 on our 3 hectares of land.
Use of animals to manage the plantations: daily production of 100% natural fertilizer, for saffron with exceptional aromas (goats and donkeys), the most efficient insect eaters (ducks, hens). They ensure the plants thrive and actively protect our flowers
our flowers.
Entirely manual production: from planting, through weeding and harvesting, right up to potting!

Sale of saffron in various forms (filaments, fleur de sel, oil, etc.).
