I offer workshops that aim to support the role of parent, to help create a bond with the baby and to offer a nice break from the daily routine!
i also offer prenatal workshops for the well-being of future mothers.
I am also a doula in the Landes region of France to accompany future parents from pre-conception to post-partum, including birth support.
