Kini

The two thirty-somethings from Dacqua, who are fundamentally attached to the Landes region and who became engineers in the Paris region, decided to create a refined, cosy, gourmet and convivial place in their native land

Here, the cuisine is homemade, using fresh and local products: cheeses from the Basque Country, peanuts from Soustons, pâtés from Capbretonnais Duplaceau, wines from Domaine de la Pointe, etc., have their place at Kini!

The menu evolves to respect the seasonality of the products. It always includes a meat dish, a fish dish, a burger and a vegetarian dish. The signature dishes: the croque-truffe, the burger with pulled pork and Chinese cabbage and the rice pudding of Mémé, all of which are as regressive as they are delicious. Kini also offers many cocktails, including some creations based on local alcohol such as Armagnac or Tonic Kaskad des Pyrénées.
