The butcher's shop was created in 1983 in Roquefort in the South-West of France by Philippe Baqué.
Mathieu Baqué has taken over the family butcher's shop and now sells beef over the internet to private customers and restaurateurs. He works with a hardy breed that produces top-quality meat: the Bazadaise. Mathieu Baqué selects his animals according to strict criteria to bring you the best on your plate.
His grandfather Max used to be a livestock dealer, so Mathieu has been immersed in this world since childhood, and now wants you to benefit from all his experience.
