You'll be able to flavour them with saffron. In October, the crocus blooms are a delight to behold. From flower to spice, come and join in the picking and pruning.
The airial, a typical part of the Landes forest, is where we live and work. With its main house, outbuildings and century-old oak trees, our airial welcomes you for a few days of relaxation or to discover our profession and our original products. Asparagus, saffron, corn.
