Didier's team represents about fifteen people. They are young people who are passionate about their jobs and are always keen to do better and progress. Each employee is different but brings his skills and know-how. A close-knit team that helps each other and works every day in a family and friendly atmosphere.
Our various flours (wheat, wheat, corn, spelt, cereals, malt, traditional, wholemeal, rye...) come from the GERS FARINE mill in Sainte Christie. The production is 100% artisanal and is done all day long on the spot in our bakery and laboratory.
