Pietà de l'église
The Pietà in the church of Sainte-Eulalie-en-Born is a fresco by the internationally renowned French painter Augustin François Guille, known as Archiguille. During his stay in the commune in 1976, he painted this pietà on the walls of the church.
The pietà is a biblical theme depicting the sorrowful Virgin Mary holding the body of Christ descended from the cross on her knees. It is very rare to find it as a mural in churches.
