Eglise Saint-Amand
The parish church of Saint-Amand, listed as a historical monument, is one of the most beautiful churches in the Landes
Partially burnt down during the religious wars, it keeps several traces of an old fortified castle: a watchtower, a watchtower, archers and loopholes
In addition to this imposing architecture, it has many
points of interest: a 5-bell wall bell tower, a flamboyant gothic portal, three large polychrome statues from the 18th century, three altarpieces from the 17th and 18th centuries, an 8th century pulpit with elements from the Louis XIII period.
Visitable during services.
