Small steep path on the left of the road
The circuit starts on a tarmac section, between the health centre and the town hall. In front of the bar "le Marensin", take the road to the ocean then direction Saint-Girons-Plage on the D42. Before starting the descent, leave the road and turn left along a small steep path.

First intersection with the Bareuyes circuit
At the south-western end of the loop, head north again along a small winding path.

Crossing the D42
After crossing a small community of cork oaks, cross the D42 again, taking the path about 40 metres to the right

At this intersection, take the track n° 154. A little further on, a small chasm offers a new viewpoint on the forest.

Place called "Retges
After the place called "Retges", continue for about 500 m then take the Retges path on the left. Cross the residential area to the starting point on the D42.
