Plage des Océanides

"La pimpante"
More commonly known as the VVF beach because of its vacation center, the Océanides beach welcomes families who have come to enjoy their stay at the VVF. It is also a famous spot for confirmed surfers. Located in the extreme south of the restricted area, this beach is very exposed to the swell. Just like the runway and Santocha, it is therefore very popular with surfers.
In summer, concerts and aperitifs are held at the Soweto, a small beach hut where you can watch the sunset while sipping a drink. It is supervised in summer, from June 17 to September 24. Facilities: WC, showers at the station, refreshment stand, bathing water control on Mondays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Paragliding prohibited.
