Conférence des récifs pour la vie
Organized as part of World Oceans Day on June 8, the symposium is an opportunity to (re)discover the marine species present on our coasts and the role of artificial reefs as a concrete tool for ecological restoration and awareness-raising, at the crossroads of science, coastal management and civic involvement.
? Scientific review of 30 years of artificial reefs
? Impacts on local biodiversity and fishery resources
? Feedback from players in the field
? Perspectives on climate change
? Time for discussion with researchers, local authorities and the general public
This will be followed by a workshop for a wider public, in the form of a Biodiversity Fresco, co-hosted with the Club Waiteuteu Sauvetage Côtier de Messanges.
