Oceanic Yoga with Gregory, a Californian FNEY (National Federation of Yoga Teachers) graduate, lived in India for 8 years. He was initiated by yogis in Benares and at the Sri Aurobindo ashram in Pondicherry
On the beach and in the forest, he offers personalized postures, meditation, relaxation, spiritual coaching, workshops.
